oh god, so pretty~ I swear, I always break baked compacts like that, though, oh man~ I want to look into Korean-brand BB creams but I don’t even know where to start. D:

It’s a blusher, so I’m hoping it will be less prone to breakage than an eyeshadow.

I swear by Missha’s Perfect Cover BB Cream in #21 Light Beige. A lot of people claim it’s too grey, but my skin is this weird balance of excessive rosiness from the Scottish side of my family and yellow-olive undertones from the Greek side, and every other foundation/powder/tinted moisturiser/etc I’ve ever tried has made me look either sunburnt or jaundiced. This one is the perfect balance for my weirdo skin XD

Most stores that specialise in Korean cosmetics offer tons of free samples, or you can buy tester packs with a few different brands of BB cream to see what’s right for you.

I am a huge fucking sucker for cute packaging though. I went out today specifically to get a refill of the BB cream and ended up buying that blusher and an adorable TonyMoly peach hand cream and the girl tossed in a matching lip balm.

Seriously. How freaking cute are those?

oh man. I am addicted to their primer potion for eyelids. I’ve never tried their foundation primer though! Ugh, I love makeup~*o*

For some reason, their eyelid primer irritates my skin. I use Hourglass’s eye primer, it’s the only one I’ve found that doesn’t result in eczema along my lash line.

So far their foundation primer seems great though - usually I just use a bb cream (Missha) and I love it but it does make the pores on my nose a bit more visible than I’d like. This morning I just put the primer on my nose and chin, and it looks smooth as a baby’s butt. We’ll see how it holds up over the course of the day.
