The package has two tooth caps and some two-part foodsafe epoxy. You mix up the epoxy according to the instructions and then fit it over your tooth, let it cure for about twenty minutes, and then pop them off and file off the excess. After that they just slide on and off, and are pretty solid. I can close my lips, talk just fine, etc. I just can’t eat, but that’s only since these long ones make it so I can’t close my mouth tightly enough to chew XD
