Yeah, I was in the tube for about an hour a month or so ago. It can get loud, but is not so bad really. I was surprised how quickly it went. Ask them if you can get a CD copy of the data - I did and it was really cool to look at.
Oh, yeah, I usually just fall asleep in there. The noise is loud, but repetitive enough that it functions as white noise for me.
The hospital I used to go to would never give me a CD, but I’ve never had an MRI at this one so I’ll ask. I’d love to see it.
